Laura Leon

With a strong foundation in business and finance, Laura has over a decade of leadership experience spanning both the marketing and plumbing industries. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and later completed an MBA in Business Management at Pepperdine University. Laura began her professional career in the marketing sector, where she served as the Director of Operations at a Marketing agency, leading grassroots campaigns for various consumer brands. This role honed her skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relations.

In 2011, she transitioned into the plumbing industry, taking on the role of Director of Operations for a plumbing contractor specializing in hospitality projects. In this capacity, Laura oversaw day-to-day operations, assisted in project management, and managed financial functions including accounts payable and receivable. Her cross-industry experience has equipped her with a well-rounded operational perspective and a proven ability to drive efficiency, accountability, and business growth.

As she continues to expand her career, Laura is venturing into the home service industry by joining a woman-owned plumbing business, focusing on serving residential customers. With her deep expertise in operations and passion for creating a customer-centric culture, she aims to bring superior and reliable plumbing services to homeowners throughout Southern California. Her vision for Cal Home Services is to establish it as the premier “concierge” for residential plumbing services.
